Handcrafted 9ct Gold Stardust Disc Necklace
What first struck me about Gemma Sangster's jewellery is that it's a Scottish brand that feels completely contemporary. Gemma makes every piece by hand in her studio in the middle of Glasgow, and her designs work with any look.
They're also incredibly versatile. The same necklace works every day with jeans and a jumper, and just as well dressed up for a party or with a cocktail dress. I also love that lots of her collection is made from recycled metals.
This delicate little disc is made from recycled 9ct gold, which Gemma melts down and reworks by hand into a slightly organic circle. It has a subtle criss-cross texture that catches the light as you move, and it's lovely worn on its own or layered with other necklaces.
You can read more about Gemma and her Glasgow studio in my piece on Gemma Sangster of Darte Jewellery.

Delivery
Each piece is made for you by Gemma in her Glasgow studio and sent directly from her, so please allow about 10 days for it to arrive. If you need it by a particular date, email me at info@madescotland.com and I'll check with her.
Delivery on jewellery is £5.95 whatever your order total, as it's sent separately by the maker. Free delivery on orders over £70 doesn't apply to jewellery.
Please check the size before you order. The pendant is just 7mm across, so it's small and delicate, and close-up photos can make it look bigger than it is. In the photo of the model, it's the smaller of the two pendants.
This piece is sent directly by the maker. I'll pass your message on so it can be included with your gift.
