RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at info@madescotland.com and we'll do our best to put it right.
Returning an Item
You have 14 days from delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Please keep proof of postage.
To be eligible for a return you must have proof of purchase from Made Scotland - either your order confirmation email or receipt.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@madescotland.com and please photograph the item before doing anything else. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Getting a Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@madescotland.com.
Exchanges
We can exchange items for a different colour, size or scent at our discretion, provided the item is returned in perfect unused condition. Return the original item first and make a separate purchase for the replacement.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged: personalised or made-to-order items, perishable products such as food or foliage, personal items such as earrings or cosmetics, discounted items, gift cards.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash. For full gift card terms please see our E-Gift Card information.
Partner Retailers
Some products on Made Scotland are sold by partner retailers including Uig Lodge, Great Glen Charcuterie, and Mademoiselle Macaron. If you have purchased directly through their websites, please contact them directly regarding any returns.
