I think a tartan scarf is a must in any wardrobe. They're such classics, and these are the best, woven at the Lochcarron mill in Selkirk in the Scottish Borders. They're excellent value for money: soft, sturdy, and they add a bit of flair to any outfit.

Buchanan Modern is one of the brightest tartans there is, with bold yellow, red and green. It's a cheerful scarf for grey winter days. Clan Buchanan's lands lay along the eastern shore of Loch Lomond.
