Where you are buying various items from various different makers in one transaction, you will be charged a flat shipping fee of £10 and this fee will be payable in place of the individual shipping rates listed by each maker.

Makers vary in the destinations they will ship to. Some makers only send to the UK and Ireland, others will send items to the EU and other International destinations. It is up to you to check that the maker posts to your location before you make your purchase.

The return period will expire 28 days from the day the item(s) were delivered to you. Some retailers vary in their return policies, for instance some may offer free returns others may require you to pay for the return yourself, so it’s best to contact them through our website to find out.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact the maker immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
