This shortbread is handmade in Edinburgh - and if you've even driven up to collect it as I do, you'll know that incredible smell of baking that hangs tantalisingly in the air, in this little street in Leith. It is so good.
Their team of skilled bakers cut each of these delicious biscuits by hand, giving them their unique appearance and texture. Packed with both ground ginger and candied stem ginger pieces, these delightful biscuits provide a gentle warmth on the palate.
