Wild Venison Charcuterie Hamper

I've always been fascinated by Anja and Jan's story. They moved to the Highlands to bring up their children, and almost by accident ended up making wild venison charcuterie that's now hugely respected, and utterly delicious. They're extraordinarily knowledgeable about what they make, and from Roy Bridge they've built an amazing business with really strong values at its heart. They're such strong members of their community, too.

This is a special gift for someone. Packed in a lovely cardboard box - which looks just like a wicker hamper - and wrapped with a generous bow and a wee branch from Anja and Jan's garden.

55g sliced Wild Venison Bresaola

75g sliced Smoked Venison

2 packets of 65g Venison Chorizo
