Venison Chorizo Gift Box

I've always been fascinated by Anja and Jan's story. They moved to the Highlands to bring up their children, and almost by accident ended up making wild venison charcuterie that's now hugely respected, and utterly delicious. They're extraordinarily knowledgeable about what they make, and from Roy Bridge they've built an amazing business with really strong values at its heart. They're such strong members of their community, too.

Scottish Wild Venison sustainably sourced from the local area in the Scottish Highlands. Only the Venison & Pork Chorizo contains pork, the chorizo and pepperoni are made with pure wild venison. The products are all individually packed and have a 3 month shelf life.
