Scottish Pork Salami (Whole or Half)

I've always been fascinated by Anja and Jan's story. They moved to the Highlands to bring up their children, and almost by accident ended up making wild venison charcuterie that's now hugely respected, and utterly delicious. They're extraordinarily knowledgeable about what they make, and from Roy Bridge they've built an amazing business with really strong values at its heart. They're such strong members of their community, too.

A whole or half pure Scottish pork salami. Anja and Jan only use the best cuts of meat, resulting in a low-fat, tasty salami. This salami has made it to the finals of the British Cured Meat awards and won two gold stars at the Great Taste Awards in 2024.
