Calming Blend Seilich Herbal Tea

This calming herbal tea comes from the Seilich wildflower meadow in Midlothian, just down the road from where I live. It's a gentle, floral loose-leaf blend of chamomile, lemon balm and rose. Many of the flowers and leaves are grown among the meadow's wildflowers, then hand-picked and gently dried to keep their colour and scent.

It's naturally caffeine-free, so it's a lovely cup for slow evenings. It's also Certified Wildlife Friendly, because the meadows are created first and foremost for nature conservation.
