Borders Saskatchewan Weathered Canadian Tartan Lambswool Large Fringed Cushion Cover

These tartan lambswool fringed cushion covers are soft, comforting and the perfect way to inject some warmth into your home.

They're made by Lochcarron, a mill in the Scottish Borders that has been weaving since 1892 and produces one of the world's largest collections of authentic tartans. I love visiting and seeing the tartan come off the looms. These covers are perfect for a sofa, bed or armchair, and they make a space feel warmer and more lived in.

The covers are tailored at the mill from the same 100% lambswool as their blankets. Each has a decorative fringe on the front and an envelope closure.

• Tartan: The original Saskatchewan tartan was created in 1961 and predominantly represents the 'bread basket', the province of Saskatchewan, in Canada. Using yellow and gold to reflect the wheat and sunflower with earthy tones showing the colours from the forests, prairie lily, snow, summer fallow and coal.
• Large: 45cm x 45cm (17.7" x 17.7"), fits a 45cm x 45cm cushion pad
