I started this business because I wanted to bring together the best of Scotland's makers - the people weaving, knitting, blending and crafting things properly, by hand or small scale production, in small quantities - into gifts that feel considered rather than corporate. Not "Scottish-themed." Actually Scottish: made by real makers, in real workshops, many of whom I've worked with for years and know personally.
Why authenticity matters in corporate gifting
That distinction matters more than people expect. A lot of what gets sold as "Scottish gifting" is printed, imported, or barely touched by anyone in Scotland at all — a tartan ribbon on a generic hamper. What I do is different: I hold relationships with a huge directory of Scottish makers and small businesses, and I do the work of matching the right ones to your brief, so you don't have to know who they are or chase them yourself.
Whether you're a PA sourcing a thank-you gift for fifteen people, a founder sending something meaningful to your top three clients, or part of a people team trying to do right by a whole company at Christmas - the brief is usually the same underneath: something that actually reflects well on your business. Not a logo slapped on a mug. Something someone will actually keep.

Why it's great: The easiest yes on this list. A genuinely lovely spread of Scottish food and drink — nothing gimmicky, just things people actually want to eat. It's the safe, crowd-pleasing choice for client gifting or wide team distribution, and it travels well if you're sending internationally.
2. The Larder Gift Box
Why it's great: A step up from the Foodie box in scale and presentation — more of a "proper hamper" feel. Good for fewer, more senior recipients where you want the gift to carry a bit more weight without moving into homeware or textiles.
3. The Tartan Gift Box
Why it's great: For when you want the gift to say "Scotland" unmistakably — brilliant for overseas offices, international clients, or anyone who wants the Scottish identity to be immediately obvious rather than something they have to be told.
4. The Small Gift Box
Why it's great: Budget-friendly without feeling like it. This is the one I recommend most often for bulk employee gifting or a wide thank-you list, where you need every recipient to feel genuinely thought of, even at scale.
5. The Blanket Gift Box
Why it's great: Noticeably higher perceived value — this is where people start to feel like they've been given something rather than sent something. A lovely option for VIP clients, senior leadership, or anyone you want to make a real impression on.
6. Branded Isle Mill Tartan Blanket
Woven in a Scottish mill. These come in a range of designs but if you want a really bespoke gift offering and have a bit of time to play with, we can actually have these woven in your company's colours or your logo woven into the design. A genuine "wow" item, that. Best suited to large or landmark orders but a great gifting option where the gift itself becomes part of the story.
7. Personalised Embroidered Blanket
Why it's great: A more accessible route to personalisation - a beautiful Scottish wool blanket, embroidered with initials, a name, or a small logo. Feels individual without needing the scale (or lead time) of a fully woven branded piece.
8. ANTA Scotland Handcrafted Stoneware
Why it's great: For the client or leader who genuinely has everything. A beautiful, useful, made-in-Scotland object that has been made by hand in the Scottish Highlands. The kind of gift that is a true classic and you own't find it everywhere.
9. Araminta Campbell Blanket or Scarf
Why it's great: Woven alpaca, quietly luxurious, and unmistakably the product of real craft. This is the piece that signals real thought went into the choice, not just budget. It can also be personalised - worth considering if you're building a VIP client list and want something extra special for the top of it.
10. The Bespoke Gift Bag
Why it's great: Flexible and personal - might be soap, candle and chocolate, or a beautiful tartan scarf, built around your brief. A lovely option for smaller or one-off orders, where you still want the gift to feel considered rather than generic, but don't need the scale of a full box. On sustainability
Every maker I work with is small - many are one or two people, working from workshops rather than factories, in wool, ceramics, wood and textiles rather than plastic and mass production. That's not a marketing line, it's simply what "made by hand, in small quantities, in Scotland" means in practice. If sustainable, low-impact gifting matters to your organisation - and increasingly, it matters to the people receiving the gifts too - this is built into how Made Scotland works, not bolted on afterwards.
