Regular use can help reduce fatigue, ease muscular tension and provide a restful night's sleep. Key ingredients include: Epsom Salt for relaxing muscles and restful sleep, Himalayan Salt with its range of trace minerals to reduce inflammation, and Mandarin, Rosemary, Bergamot and Cedar essential oils for their fruity and woody notes. A 200g aluminium tin of this restorative blend provides enough for 2-3 baths. Simply add a handful to warm water and relax.
