Certified Wildlife Friendly Herbal Tea Nourishing : Fortifying : Invigorating A carefully selected mixture of handpicked flowers and leaves from the Seilich meadow to leave you feeling refreshed and revived!

Directions for use: The whole leaves and flowers in this tea mean that it is sometimes easier to pinch rather than spoon the tea (8-10 leaves/flowers) into a pot or re-usable tea bag. Steep in freshly boiled (but not boiling) water and leave to brew for 2-4 mins according to taste. Enjoy.
