Uncharted Raspberry and Vanilla sour

A step into uncharted waters, our raspberry ripple inspired sour is a collaboration with the awesome folks over at Edinburgh's Pilot Beer. 

Using a mixed culture of yeasts and bacteria, a huge amount of raspberry juice and a touch of vanilla extract - this is the perfect sour to transport you away from the cold and damp. 

A hit of raspberry ripple on the nose, this beer is bright pink with the palest pink foam on top. With a subtle funkiness from the wild fermentation and raspberries, there's no way to describe this other than incredibly sessionable. While winter and a fruited sour may not be the most obvious combination, I'm sure the first person to suggest a raspberry ripple ice cream was met with some curiosity too.
