Organic Table Beer with Yarrow Flowers, 3.2% Seasonal table beer made with organic whole grains and whole leaf hops and finished with foraged yarrow flowers.

Organic Green Hop Pale Ale, 3.6% A beer made with fresh, Fife-grown organic hops, which went from the bine into the beer on the same day – not something we’re used to seeing in breweries in Scotland.  A collaboration with the garden team at Rufflets St Andrews.

Organic Spiced Wheat Beer, 4% This is our take on a classic, Belgian-style wheat beer, which we gently spiced with organic orange peel and coriander. Light, aromatic, with a soft bitterness and balanced finish.

Organic Farmhouse Pale Ale, 3.8% A rustic, sparkly pale beer made with five whole grains (including rye, spelt, oats, wheat and barley), whole leaf hops and water from the farm’s borehole.

Organic Seaweed Gose, 4% A salty-sour organic wheat beer made with foraged local seaweed for minerality and texture.
